Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of larecluz.social. They're written to be read. By using the website, you agree to them.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Larecluz.social (“Larecluz”, “we”, “us”), a creator-led social media marketing agency based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses the website. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
Campaign and creator work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
2. Using the website
You’re welcome to browse the website and get in touch with us. When you do, please don’t:
- use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- try to interfere with its security, performance or availability;
- copy, scrape or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission; or
- send us content that is offensive, infringes someone else’s rights or contains malware.
We may update, suspend or change any part of the website at any time without notice.
3. Information on this site
The content on this website is general information about our services. It isn’t advice tailored to your business, and it isn’t an offer. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but we don’t promise it’s complete or free of errors. Before making business decisions, please talk to us about your specific situation.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license the copyright and other intellectual property in the website, including its text, design, graphics and code. You may view and share links to the website for personal or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Brand names mentioned on this website (including Amazon, BYD, Shein, Big W, Miniso, HelloFresh, Contiki and the others listed) belong to their respective owners. They appear here to describe brands we’ve collaborated with. Their mention doesn’t imply endorsement of Larecluz or of this website. Instagram and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners.
5. No guarantee of campaign results
Social media performance depends on many things outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behaviour, timing and creator availability. While we bring experience and care to every campaign, we don’t guarantee any particular result, such as a number of views, followers, sales or bookings. Any examples or descriptions of past work are illustrative and not a promise of future outcomes.
6. Third-party platforms and links
Our work happens on platforms we don’t own or control, including Instagram and other social media platforms. Their own terms, community guidelines and privacy policies apply to any content published there, and they can change those rules at any time. This website also links to third-party sites, such as our Instagram profiles. We aren’t responsible for the content, availability or practices of those sites.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
8. Limitation of liability
Subject to section 7 and to the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. We don’t warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses, so please use up-to-date security software.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us, including through the contact form.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be on this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
